“Jamie Peca……Working with this realtor was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had. From the start, she was aggressively pushy—constantly steering conversations toward closing a deal rather than actually listening to what we wanted. It felt like our preferences didn’t matter at all; the only thing that seemed important to her was securing a sale and her commission. What makes this even worse is that we had already given her multiple listings in the past that she profited from, yet when it came time to handle a basic outstanding expense—a septic clean-out we paid for—we’re still waiting to be reimbursed. Following up has been a hassle, and there’s been no sense of accountability or urgency on her end. A good realtor should advocate for their clients, respect their needs, and act with integrity. Unfortunately, this was the opposite. The entire experience felt transactional, self-serving, and careless. I would strongly caution others.”
