“If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Luke and the Driscoll-Peca team have been amazing. From Luke's friendly, positive attitude, to the shared knowledge of him and the team, to the quick and effective communication this has been an amazing experience. Our house sold fast, it sold well, and we couldn't be happier. Very highly recommend Luke, especially for a rural property.... he understands country living, plus he has been instrumental in helping us with the purchase of our new property. “We had a wonderful experience with the Driscoll-Peca real estate team. We are from Montreal and were looking for houses in the Kemptville area when we became very interested in one property, and that’s where everything began. Nicole Garrett answered all our questions very quickly and professionally. We then had a call with her to confirm more details, and since we were not yet represented by a real estate agent, Nicole kindly offered to start a house search for us and ask about our criteria. Our first conversation with Nicole was so easy and helpful that we did not hesitate to work with her. She organized our first day of visits and planned our itinerary to perfection.
